Michelin-Cardoso group is a joint collaboration of these two Boston based musicians, Uruguayan pianist Nando Michelin and Brazilian Bass and Singer Ebinho Cardoso. Together they recorded Engenheiros, an album of original songs using poetry by Joao Cabral de Melo Neto and currently they are producing their new repertoire using poetry by Manoel de Barros.

Nando has more than 15 albums released as a band leader, including musicians such as Esperanza Spalding, Jeff Ballard, Jerry Bergonzi and George Garzone. Ebinho has toured Brazil with his award-winning quartet. Their multiple collaborations include other albums that feature musicians of the caliber of Miguel Zenon and Chico Pinheiro, Ruben Rada and more.

N OTE: Price of admission includes two 45-minute sets separated by a 10-minute intermission.
